As a seasoned expatriate originally from Hungary, she has garnered valuable insights through her professional journey in Germany and Austria.
Since 2017, Bernadett has been residing in Basel, Switzerland with her family, contributing to her broad cross-cultural understanding.

Initially pursuing Business Administration and Economics in Budapest, she later extended her academic journey to encompass Project Management at the University of Graz in Austria. Holding certifications as an Integral Coach (Coaching Institut Living Sense), Diplomate in Personality- & Life Coaching (Coaching Institut Living Sense), and a certified Senior Change Manager (SGO Business School) in Zurich, she consistently invests in her professional development and extends her expertise to the role of Holistic Business Mentor and Coach (eidg.FA) (Coaching Institut Living Sense) currently.

Beginning her career as a self-employed professional, she transitioned to integrate mid-sized and large organizations, seizing opportunities for personal and professional growth. Embracing collaborative teamwork, she later opted to return to her mission to help people and organisations as an independent expert. Over the course of the past 25 years, she has garnered valuable insights across diverse sectors, including environmental technologies, packaging industry, IT-Software Automation, and the pharmaceutical industry.

Fluent in English, German, and Hungarian, Bernadett adeptly articulates the right words at the right moments, asks the questions and answers – recognising the significance of continuous dialogue with project stakeholders.

She believes in the value of knowledge sharing, fostering collaborative support, and in the symbiotic relationship between mental and physical well-being for optimal performance in both professional and personal spheres.
