Confidentiality
The TRESO Transformation Services GmbH undertake to maintain the confidentiality of all data an information shared by the client. They will not disclose any confidential information to third parties unless explicitly authorized by the client. The experts also agree to use confidential information solely for the purpose of the process support as contractually agreed. Any confidential information received in writing or recorded personally by the expert will be securely stored to prevent unauthorized access.
Professionalism and Commitment
The experts are committed to utilizing all available techniques and resources to maximize the benefits for the client. Should an expert be unable to provide professional guidance towards the agreed target, they are to appoint another qualified coach to continue the process support.
Right to Waive Confidentiality
While the experts are bound by confidentiality, they reserve the right to waive this obligation if there is perceived risk of harm to the client, the expert, or others. In such cases, the expert will seek professional advice and may disclose necessary information to prevent harm.
Responsibility for Health
The client acknowledges full responsibility for their physical and mental health during and between sessions. All actions and steps taken during the process support are the client’s own responsibility. The client agrees to inform the expert if they are receiving any therapeutic treatment or are under the influence of medication in addition to the process support.
Fee Structure
The fee for coaching, mentoring, or consulting services for individual clients is CHF 210 per hour. For corporate clients, fees will be individually determined based on cooperation agreements.

Payments should be transferred to the following account as per the customer invoice within 14 days:

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payments made are non-refundable. If a client misses an appointment without providing justification, the are still required to pay the hourly fee. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time willincur a fee equivalent to 60 minutes of service.
